If you are looking for a rapidly growing, collaborative environment with opportunities to make an impact and grow, our Program Integrity team would be a great fit for you! Work you'll do This role is for a Program Analyst supporting a 24/7/365 Law Enforcement Support Center in Laguna Niguel, CA.
The candidate will perform work in support of the general management and business operations of the PERC.
Proactively engage with stakeholders/client leadership in direct support of ERO's mission through ongoing engagement, perform analysis and research for identified projects, and develop Weekly/Monthly Status Reports for the project utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and working with data visualization tools The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.

Qualifications Required:
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust clearance (an Active DoD Top Secret clearance may be transferable) for this role.
Bachelor's Degree and two (5) years of prior relevant experience supporting a law enforcement agency; OR an Associate 's Degree with three (3) years of related experience; OR five (5) years of related experience with a High School Diploma.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
PART TIME AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT IF NEEDED.
Must be local to Laguna Niguel, CA.

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,000 to $91,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
