7600 /hour The Finance Manager participates in the development and implementation of the Organization's strategic and financial planning for operating and capital expenditures as well as certain reimbursement initiatives and measurement.
Assists in planning and execution to support achievement of the Organization's long-range financial plan for operating and capital expenditures as well as certain reimbursement initiatives and measurement.
Ensures timely and accurate financial information that is useful to management.
Assists in the oversight of the finance department.
Develops and implements monthly variance review processes.
Establish policies, procedures and programs, including technology and automation relative to the strategic and financial plan to ensure effective organizational accounting practices and procedures.
Seek input from members of the organization to identify and correct inefficient processes and implement improvement initiatives.
Serves as a primary source to management relative to budgetary decisions and implementation, as applicable.
Assist in the development and mentoring of staff, monitors job performance and offers feedback and assistance when needed.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field or equivalent experience Minimum 4-5 years' experience in finance and/or accounting of a hospital or healthcare organization 2-3 years' experience in a management/supervisory role Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Access.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
