5 Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description As an Operations Analyst, you will be the responsible for managing telecom payment processing for the enterprise.
You will also be the person for mobile device management for ACE enterprise.
You will be providing end of end service to employees who quality for company issued mobile devices.
You are also responsible to maintain accurate inventory and monitor data usage.
You are responsible to process payments every week for our telecom expenses.
What You'll Do Everyday you will be supporting an enterprise of over 3000 employees with their company issued mobile devices.
You will be monitoring the mobile device order queue to fulfill new orders as well as transfers of devices You will be responsible for helpdesk support of MIFI devices.
You will work with our Telecom Expense Management vendor for cell phone helpdesk support.
You are also responsible for submitting telecom expenses for payment in FIRM and follow up to make sure payments are process in a timely manner.
You will provide white glove service to executive staff for their mobile device needs.
You need to monitor cost center changes and update TEM (telecom expense management) vendor with these changes to ensure costs are allocated correctly.
You will assist in resolving any telecom payment/invoice related questions/issues.
What You'll Need To thrive in this role, you must enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
You need mobile device procurement and support knowledge.
You need to be familiar with cellular service company's web portal to order devices as well as downloading needed reports.
You need to have good organization skills to prioritize your work and track progress.
Your time management skill is essential for the success of this role.
You need to be very detail oriented with payment requests to make sure we process the exact amount of payment requested.
You have to work with our TEM vendor to keep our mobile device inventory accurate and perform audit on a regular basis.
You need strong ability for analyzing data.
You need to take ownership of telecom expense payment area and assist business units in their inquiry for what expense are allocated to their account.
You need work closely with accounting to resolve any issues with expense allocation.
You are the liaison between TEM vendor and accounting.
You will also manage vendor relationship with our wireless service provider.
#LI-LD1 The starting pay range for this position is $64,480 - $79,300 annually.
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
