Job Description:
Work with end users to refresh machine (includes scheduling and shipping), and Onboard training and support.
Perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including desktop & laptop computers, printers, and standard software at customer sites, including reloading and re-imaging of PC/laptops.
Ensures client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
