The Operational Value Creation (OVC) Managing Director will be responsible for developing business leads, sourcing business, attracting talent to BDO and the Operational Value Creation Practice, mentoring and training junior resources, developing new and relevant services to the practice as well as leading teams as they deliver results for clients throughout the USA and internationally, as appropriate.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
California Locations:
$250,000 - $400,000 Washington Locations:
$250,000 - $400,000 BDO Total Rewards include but encompass so much more than traditional benefits, such as compensation and health-related insurance (medical, dental and vision) for employees who meet eligibility requirements.
Examples include but are not limited to 12 days or more Paid Time Off annually, dependent on position, plus an additional 12 paid holidays and Parental Leave.
A 401k match is offered as well as eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree, required (technical fields such as Engineering, preferred) MBA, preferred
Experience:
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in an operational and consulting roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility to include sourcing, required Demonstrated list of relevant contacts and business sources that have led to a significant book of business (greater than $1.
5 Million), required License/Certifications:
PMP, Lean Six Sigma or ASCM/APICS, preferred Software:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint - strong modeling skills, required Proficiency using business analytics software such as PowerBI and Crystal Ball, preferred Proficiency using SQL, preferred Proficiency with one or more common ERPs (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Infor Cloudsuite), preferred Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passionate Servant Leader who is capable of exceptional client service Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude Ability to interact with and adapt communication style to successfully convey messaging and objectives to all levels of management Capable of initiating and maintaining solid relationships with all levels of client personnel, as well as utilizing network and industry relationships to identify business development opportunities Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic while effectively managing unexpected issues and/or questions in a professional manner Ability to connect operational changes and deficiencies with financial impacts Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of information Excellent project management skills with ability to produce quality work project with an attention to detail Ability to travel at least 70% of time Multiple Locations San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, San Ramon.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
