2 4 hours ago Full Job Description JOB DETAILS Location Costa Mesa, California Company Phillips-Medisize Career Field Operations & Manufacturing Job Number 117372 Description Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an In-Process Inspector at our Costa Mesa facility to perform inspections per control plans/inspection plans, document results, identify, contain, and document all defective/suspect product.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for basic manufacture, assembly and operation of basic hand tools in quality to include Hi-Pot tester, multi ohm.
volt meter, cirris circuit tester, Microscope, Smart Scope, calipers, gauges, scales and tape measures.
Complies with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation.
Interpret, read and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings.
Working in a bench-top assembly environment using a variety of manufacturing equipment while prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping and soldering of medical cables.

months experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment Skills and Abilities:
Basic measurement skills using a variety of hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, calipers and similar items.
Ability to do electronic assembly and have excellent hand and eye coordination.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment while performing manufacturing duties.
Good analytical skills including the ability to identify potential problems.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
