Job Description We are recruiting for an Enterprise Staffing Relationship Manager for our Experian Employer Services business.
In this role, you will collaborate to maintain and expand business relationships, conduct and support retention, client satisfaction and development activities within an assigned account territory for Enterprise-level Staffing Industry clients for Experian's Employer Services.
Responsibilities include:
Detailed business knowledge and experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA) Develop strong relationships with Enterprise-level staffing clients by researching and understanding business needs, responding to client requests, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
Support and participate with the account team on strategic account plans Support the renewal of existing business in coordination with the Client Development Executive.
Responsible for client retention activities and ongoing satisfaction.
Client advocate during implementation; marshals' resources to ensure client satisfaction Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.
Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensures usage at projected levels.
Takes lead and coordinates client briefings, quarterly business reviews and executive summaries Trusted advisor for data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects Create and refer leads to Client Development Executive Facilitate training as needed Committed to progressing development towards a Client Development Executive position CRM accountability We are looking for the best of the best to join a great team.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years (8-10 years preferable) of complex relationship management related experience.
Minimum of 5 years working within the staffing industry and supporting large staffing clients History of collaborating with large staffing organizations to identify needs and implement solutions Intellectual horsepower, political savvy combined with problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service, organizational and project management skills.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.
