Senior Operations Analyst

Senior Operations AnalystWe are looking for a Sr Analyst to perform financial reporting and analytical support for Emergency Roadside Services Call Center Operations.
The position develops financial models and performs analyses of major importance to the department.
In this role you will assist management in implementing strategies and operational changes by evaluating potential financial impacts, opportunities, and alternative courses of action.
You will also analyze and evaluate data and trends from various sources and prepare functional reports for all levels of management by utilizing system generated reports and outside department input.
Duties:
Develop internal and external reports on expenses, internal incentive programs, initiatives, performance goals and results, including ad-hoc reports as needed.
Develop and administer new and existing programs impacting service delivery and quality, member benefits, employee performance and incentive payments.
Assist with development and preparation of annual budget, goals, and objectives.
Provide monthly forecasting and effective budget updates.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
4-yr.
College Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Approximately 3 years progressive experience in business operations, business administration, or finance.
Proven ability to produce recommendations and proposals and delegate and oversee projects and assignments to other employees as directed.
Budget/finance administration and project management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products (Excel and Access required).
Professional organizational and time management skills required, as well as the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines as set by management.
Must be able to work independently and with minimal direction.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$74,000.
00 - $98,600.
