This position can be part-time or full-time.
Compensation includes tips and bonuses and ranges $20-22/hour.
Job Responsibilities Post and manage schedule for FOH staff Be the point of contact for FOH staff Train FOH staff Weekly check-ins with FOH staff Track and order inventory Respond to online customer reviews Attend weekly 30-minute virtual manager meetings Schedule and conduct quarterly in-person team meetings Maintain and update FOH binder and checklists Keep store organized Generate weekly FOH photo and video contents for social media Coordinate biweekly ice cream deliveries from Hollywood store Work closely with the owners Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in foodservice leadership role Minimum 2 years' experience in general foodservice and customer service Daytime and weekend availability, at least for the first 4 months Comfortable working autonomously Valid food handlers' card Proof of Covid-19 vaccination Detail-oriented, works will with team members and management Strong communication skills and responds to messages timely Enjoys interacting and assisting customers Proficient in basic computer technology such as phone apps and spreadsheets What We Can Offer You A fun and supportive work environment.
