Summary:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, process orders and handle and resolve complaints.
Responsible for fielding all nutrition and supplement questions as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitieso Explains tasks to fellow employees and assists in the solution of problems.
o Receives customers' requests by telephone, mail or e-mail, analyzes requests, make necessary corrections to records or adjusts errors accordingly.
o Provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person.
o Searches Company records under ZIP code, name, and account number, etco Traces status of orders through any system available.
o Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
o Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
o Writes up order e-mails or mails requested paperwork, price quotations and similar data to customer, as required.
o Responds to customers' requests via telephone, mail or e-mail as necessary.
Each business day must conclude with all issues resolved to the best of our ability.
o Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
o Has working knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services, and similar data as required.
o Has an advanced understanding of nutrition and the benefitso Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Returns and/or Replacements on problem orders and gifts not received.
Qualifications and Requirements:
o One (1) year experience in customer service.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Pleasant telephone voice/mannero Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
o Ability to adequately compose correspondence.
o Ability to work independently.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skillsPhysical Demands:
