The Private Client Advisor is responsible for achieving and growing high-end penetration goals across all product categories, while ensuring an elevated Client experience.
They will partner with Store and Regional Leaders on High End Client retention and development strategies, while actively recruiting new high potential prospects.
A Private Client Advisor is tasked with Developing top Clients and providing private services through in-person as well as virtual appointment-based experiences.
Essential Duties and responsibilities of the Private Client Advisor include:
Increase Store Performance Develop VIC Client Book and recruit new HE Client Base Mentor Store Teams The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $37-$42 plus the opportunity for commission, various paid time off programs , two retirement plans both with employer contributions , and employee discount/perks.
