How You Will Make a Difference What you will do:
Partner with Design, Merchandising and Sourcing teams on product workflow and review product details to ensure product execution meets the design aesthetic as well as quality standards.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills through cooperating with cross-functional team members and ensure smooth execution of quality product.
Adhere to all deliverable deadlines and reinforce quick turn time lines with cross functional partners.
Maintain our style data base on a daily basis, ensuring all information is accurate and updated when necessary.

Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
Excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while balancing multiple projects at the same time.
Proactive, positive and self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and be results oriented.

Experience:
1-2
years Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
Understanding of managing product from concept to completion.
Ability to handle several tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Adobe Illustrator and prior PLM experience are a plus.
What we will teach you:
The SMU development process, tools needed, and the ability to work in an open environment with product teams and cross-functional partners.
How to develop strong relationships to effectively bring our product to market and support key business strategies.
