Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst

As a key player in our Human Resources team, you'll collaborate with the HR Director to provide high-level support for various benefits initiatives.
This includes managing benefits administration, compensation, employee wellness, and staying abreast of industry trends.
Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the organization's benefits programs, handling invoicing, and leading global benefits enrollment processes.
You'll be the go-to person for all things benefits and compensation, serving as a subject matter expert on matters such as STD, FMLA, ADA, Worker's Compensation, and leave policies.
Your role involves auditing programs for compliance, addressing employee inquiries, and conducting analyses to enhance policies and plans.
In addition to being the point of contact for employee questions, you'll actively participate in creating and maintaining a comprehensive total rewards philosophy aligned with our business goals.
This includes leading compensation process reviews, analyzing salary trends, and making recommendations based on global data.
Your expertise will extend to industry benchmarks, especially concerning retirement plans and variable compensation plans.
You'll take charge of global salary surveys and reporting, interacting effectively with internal teams, vendors, and employees across various countries and time zones.
To excel in this role, you should bring a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced benefits and compensation environment, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, and international benefits experience is a definite plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
