Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate with customer on parts status Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Sells parts and accessories over the counter to internal and external Clients.
Assists with regular parts inventories and selection of parts for returns Pulls and fills orders from stock Effectively and efficiently plans and coordinates activities to ensure the correct part is identified, obtained and delivered in a timely manner and as agreed.
