The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Basic
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Property Manager and Leasing Director with daily tasks.
Creating and modifying documents in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preparing tenant correspondence, billing adjustments, new tenant move-in packages and lease files.
Updating floor plans for monthly leasing reports.
Maintaining tenant and vendor insurance files, reserved parking list, tenant occupancy list, mailing list, maintenance schedule, and management binders.
Mailing rent statements and assisting with the collection of rent.
Assisting with the upkeep of CoStar and LoopNet availability listings.
Filing, copying, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents and photos.
Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective tenants.
Job
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Works well independently with minimal supervision.
Organized with high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
