-- As a Field Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives at the local level to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team, distributors, and retail partners to implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities Implement a variety of marketing initiatives including product launches, in-store promotions, events, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Work closely with the marketing team to signage, and displays that effectively communicate brand messages and drive consumer engagement.
Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for collaboration.
Provide training and support to sales teams and retail staff to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote products and deliver a positive customer experience.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
Requirements Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Cannabis Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the cannabis and hemp industry is essential to understand Juana unique challenges, regulations, and target audience.
Knowledge of products, strains, consumption methods, and current market trends can be valuable.
