Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant to the Business Development Manager to join our team.
As an integral part of our business development efforts, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in various tasks related to content creation, email campaigns, contact management, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation for Email Campaigns:
Develop engaging content for all email campaigns to promote our services, events, and initiatives.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all email communications.
Automated Email Responses:
Create and maintain automated email responses for various instances to enhance customer experience and streamline communication processes.
Content Creation for Landing Pages and Forms:
Generate compelling content for landing pages to drive conversions and lead generation.
Develop content for online forms to capture customer information effectively.
Creation of Landing Pages, Workflows, Forms, Reports, etc.
:
Utilize marketing automation tools to create landing pages, workflows, forms, and reports.
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Contact Management:
Manage contact databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Segment contacts based on relevant criteria for targeted marketing campaigns.
Employee Relations:
Assist in coordinating internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in creating proposals and presentations for business development activities.
Review contracts and agreements with site hosts and respond to related inquiries.
Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Facilitate the process of requesting and sending termination letters to site hosts.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in content creation, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.
g.
, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in employee relations and administrative duties is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
