About the assistant Position Our new assistant will be an integral member of our team.
As an assistant in our practice, your regular duties will include:
Gathering patient medical history and conducting pretesting and diagnostic testing Helping patients with insertion and removal of contact lenses; sterilizing instruments Perform business and administrative tasks, such as maintaining eyewear order records, keeping track of customers' prescriptions, insurance, billing.
Requirements & Qualifications Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills Experience with OfficeMate is a plus! (But not required) Warm, friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented Fast learner and interested in the latest eye care technology and eyewear trends Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate multi-taskers Must love fashion and have the ability to work with diverse populations!
