Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator

Volt is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator for immediate hire in Costa Mesa, CA.
As a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator you will:
- Daily monitoring of all candidates while in the background process and assist candidates throughout the process
- Assist with background and drug testing for external and internal candidates across our 21 states.
- Documentation in Workday HRIS
- HR reporting
- Auditing and compliance of backgrounds and new hire documentation
This is a full-time onsite role in Costa Mesa, CA. Positions are temp for 6 months with possibility of extension. It also offers a foot in the door of a top company that is known to hire on our talent.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of HR experience, Talent Acquisition or onboarding experience
- Limited knowledge of federal and state legislation regarding human resources practices preferred
- Limited knowledge of human resource management programs and practices preferred
Pay Rate: 25.56 - $34.08/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
