Volt is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator for immediate hire in Costa Mesa, CA.
As a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator you will:
  • Daily monitoring of all candidates while in the background process and assist candidates throughout the process
  • Assist with background and drug testing for external and internal candidates across our 21 states.

  • Documentation in Workday HRIS
  • HR reporting
  • Auditing and compliance of backgrounds and new hire documentation

This is a full-time onsite role in Costa Mesa, CA. Positions are temp for 6 months with possibility of extension. It also offers a foot in the door of a top company that is known to hire on our talent.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, Talent Acquisition or onboarding experience
  • Limited knowledge of federal and state legislation regarding human resources practices preferred
  • Limited knowledge of human resource management programs and practices preferred

Pay Rate: 25.56 - $34.08/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
