We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Preroll Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production of infused prerolled joints finished with kief.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for cannabis.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to produce infused prerolled joints finished with kief according to company standards and procedures.
Accurately measure and blend cannabis flower, concentrates, and kief to create consistent and high-quality products.
Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, including sanitation, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
Keep accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in cannabis production or related field is a plus.
Previous experience working in a cannabis production facility or similar environment preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Familiarity with cannabis extraction, infusion, and preroll production techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to adhere to strict quality and compliance standards.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible for employment in insert location .
