7K a year Records Keeper HeliStream Is looking for a qualified Aircraft Records Keeper for our Orange County location.
This person is responsible for the accurate recording of aircraft and component technical records arising from aircraft flights and maintenance or inspection activities.
Generation of Aircraft Status Report in compliance with the aircraft manufacturer's recommended maintenance program.

Duties to include but not limited to the following:
Input flight log data into the maintenance tracking program.
Record maintenance and inspection details in component logbooks.
Check aircraft maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion.
Assist shipping and receiving parts and materials.
Monitor parts used during maintenance and update the maintenance tracking system.
Check airworthiness directives and service bulletins for compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired traits & skills:
Computer proficient in MS office (word, excel and outlook) and general internet applications.
Previous experience with Airbus, Robinson, MD, Bell and Sikorsky helicopters is helpful.
Team oriented and ability to work well with others.
Planning and organization skills.
Education/
Experience:
Previous or current A&P preferred.
Associates degree preferred.
Previous aviation experience necessary.
Aviation records management necessary.
