Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
All maintenance techs must live on site and will receive complimentary housing Performs all required general apartment and facilities maintenance Troubleshoot, repair and perform general plumbing Responsible for the upkeep of the property's landscape, grounds, amenities etc.
, as well as ensuring the apartments are ready for move in's Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required Job Requirements:
Electrical and carpentry skills Knowledge of appliance repair and replacement Customer Service Detail-oriented HVAC knowledge preferred EPA Section 608 certification preferred Company Perks:
