Pool Attendant Job Overview:
As a Pool Attendant at Mesa Verde Country Club, you are essential to our members' leisure experience.
You will be the welcoming face, greeting our members and their guests, managing towel services, and ensuring a seamless experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet members and their guests, offering a personalized welcome.
Efficiently manage the pool check-in process.
Ensure the availability and distribution of towels throughout the day.
Prepare and maintain the pool deck, including furniture and water stations.
Act as a liaison for member requests, ensuring a memorable pool experience.
Uphold cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces and maintaining order.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a seamless member experience.
Educate guests on club policies and pool regulations.
Execute closing procedures to maintain a pristine environment.
Report any incidents or safety concerns to management promptly.
