As the Home Health Aide, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission.

Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needsCare for hospice patients by providing paths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as neededHelp patients dress and undressRecord important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressureAssess and report the patient condition and any significant changes to the Case ManagerAssist patients with ambulation and exerciseAnd additional duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsAn enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their familiesA CNA and Home Health Aide certification in good standing1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferredA valid driver's license with an automobile in good working order that is properly registered and insuredCurrent CPR certificationExcellent observation, verbal, and written communication skillsAnd additional related duties as neededBristol Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify
