About the PositionEnsemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional voice and piano instructor to teach part-time at The Inside Voice, with locations in Irvine, Orange and Costa Mesa, CA.
We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON! The ability to teach all levels of voice is required, with additional ability to teach beginner piano preferred and guitar or ukulele also a plus.
Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.
Desired hours are Monday and/or Wednesday in our Costa Mesa location.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $31-35/hour.
A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
