White Communications LLC., is currently seeking Installation Technicians to join our Costa Mesa Team!!
our installers will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading satellite television systems and equipment.
All field service technicians, must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Job Duties Include:
o Plans installations by reviewing work orders, gathering supplies, evaluating location
o Installs and programs equipment
o Maintains accurate installation, service, and inventory records
o Treats customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
o Educates customers by conveying verbal information clearly and concisely
Qualifications Include:
o Valid driver's license
o MUST have either a truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying a 28foot ladder
o Must pass a criminal background check for the past 7 years
o Must pass a drug test
o Clean MVR for the past 3 years
o Must be able to purchase required tools prior to starting
