Insurance Defense Attorney
Insurance Defense Attorney / Staff Counsel for a position with a rapidly growing, 40
year old Insurance Company.
This is a PERMANENT position.
Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Insurance Defense Attorney is to manage auto liability litigation claims files from attorney represented claimants - inception of the case, through the entirely of the trial. Includes preparation of pleadings, discovery, demands, responses, motions and memorandums of law. Handles litigation of all cases.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE 3
years Insurance defense litigation experience.
MUST BE a member in good standing of the CA Bar Assoc.
MUST HAVE SIU experience.
Bilingual Spanish experience a PLUS.
MUST have P&C insurance industry experience
