Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions, as well as providing administrative support to various Directors. The Office Coordinator works to provide high quality and timely support to the work of the organization.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all persons served, board members, staff, etc - by phone, in person, and email.
Responsible for the development and implementation of efficient office systems. Keeping office equipment maintained.
Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support including: arranging, follow-up calls, maintaining office space, securing food and supplies, copying, faxing, and typing correspondence
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, shipping & receiving. Distribute mail and faxes to appropriate recipients, assist with mailings and packets, web updating.
Responsible for maintenance of common spaces for appearance and functionality
Responsible for managing supply inventory and equipment
Help monitor staff needs, assist staff with problem solving and other requests
Track and help manage Directors calendar. Assist with meeting set-up, mailings, meeting support, catering, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and
Qualifications:
High school graduate/ diploma or higher education in Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
Stong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong Interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
