This is the 14th Speedster, built in 1957 with beehive taillights and European bumperettes.
The paintwork is in superb condition and is complemented by the chrome brightwork and Speedster trim.
The interior has been reupholstered including the dash, Speedster seats, canvas soft top, and boot cover with correct German materials.
The factory VDM steering wheel, horn button, and VDO instrumentation are in great condition.
New Vredestein Sprint Classic 165 HR15 tires are mounted on painted 4.
5 x 15 rims with Baby Moon hubcaps.
Mechanically powered by a 1600cc flat-four engine (Type 616/39) with Solex P40 carburetors producing 100 horsepower plus and is paired with a smooth-shifting manual 4-speed transmission (Type 741) with a four-wheel drum braking system that has been completely rebuilt.
